The Nutrition and Health Research Conference (NHRC 25) is an initiative by the esteemed Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute (HCJMRI), which pioneered the conference in its inaugural year to serve as a platform for researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals, and students to come together and exchange ideas in the dynamic fields of nutrition and health. This year, NHRC 25 is being conducted in collaboration with other prestigious institutions, including the Nutrition Society of India, Mumbai Chapter, and leading educational bodies such as the Seva Mandal Education Society’s Dr. B. M. N. College of Home Science and Smt. M. M. P. Shah Women’s College of Arts & Commerce with the aim to highlight advancements in nutrition science and their implications for health and well-being. Together, these institutions bring a wealth of expertise and diverse perspectives to the conference.
